- All blinds supplied remain the property of Midland Blinds until paid for in full.
- All blinds ordered are made specifically for your windows thus cannot be cancelled once your order is in production.
- If you cancel your order after they have been produced, YOU are still liable to pay for them,
- All blinds come with a 5 year guarentee and fire certificate where appropriate.
- Your guarentee will be void if you abuse or damage blinds yourself also if the blinds are moved to another property.
- All blinds must be paid for on completion of installation.
- All cheques accepted with a valid card only.
- All business customers will be given 14 days from invoice date to settle invoice amount.
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure all window sill are free of objects on the day of fitting.
